home decor or which bedding item provides you with optimal sleep
comfort. For this reason, Byourbed offers Flat Rate Return Shipping ($10.00 per
item)

Exchanges:
You can return your initial order as per our hassle free instructions and place a new order at your convenience. This means you'll get your perfect bedding as soon as possible.
How It Works:
Byourbed provides you with a PREPAID, emailed FedEx Return Label (See blue box below for link to create label). Once you receive your emailed Return Label, simply print it out, place it on your box (over the old shipping label), and take the package to your nearest participating FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center or Walgreens location . Once Byourbed receives your package, we will process your return and you'll receive a refund or store credit less $10.00 per item (Flat Rate Return Shipping Cost).
Return Timeframe:
Returns under 30 days receive Refunds to your original form of payment. Returns over 30 days and under 60 days receive Byourbed Store Credit.
The 30 day and 60 day time-frames span from the date you received your order to the date it arrives back to us. For store credit, the store credit code will be emailed to you and it does not expire. Any returns received past the 60 day point will either be denied with no notification needed, or Byourbed store credit for 50% of the product value will be issued.
No Fees:
Along with our Flat Rate Return Shipping, Byourbed does not charge a re-stocking fee on returns. This means if you get the returned goods back to us there are no additional fees beyond our $10.00 Flat Rate Return shipping per item.
Return Labels vs. Return to Sender:
Orders returned by the
"return to sender" method will be deducted additional costs and fees
that result in a reduction of your overall return amount. "Return to
sender" shipping is not recommended, as there is a higher likelihood
of your package being delayed, damaged, or lost during shipment. It
is important to return using Byourbed's FREE shipping label. The Flat
Rate $10.00 cost per item will cost significantly less than "Return to
Sender" shipping cost deductions.
Your Byourbed FREE shipping label is pre-set to automatically return your order to our warehouse address listed below. Only orders placed on Byourbed.com can be processed. If you purchased a Byourbed item through another website and our shipping label is used you will not be refunded and your item will be donated.

Exceptions:
- 1. Washed Bedding (Care Instructions are important to follow. Not following care instructions may lead to damage and harm to the products making it non-refundable.)
- 2. Products that are returned in egregious highly abused condition.
- 3. Toppers that have been opened. (Toppers must be in their unopened, original packaging to be eligible for a return)
